Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks, including correspondence, reports, and records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for various services like courier delivery, catering, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Provide support to team members on day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee facility management activities such as housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in administration or related field (facility management).
  • Strong knowledge of administration activities, BPO processes, office administration procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
