Job Description

Overview Of Profile:

You will be responsible for handling the Entire Administration Such as on boarding, scheduling, bookkeeping, Organizing, Securing the sites, Plant Discipline & Public Relation activities such as community relation, sponsorship, engagement at our Project sites.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Plan Plant Administration related to Manpower & Other resources & ensure timely availability
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Application for the new licenses & Policies required for various Projects. • Organize meeting schedules for various departments
  • Organize and supervise other office activities Adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress toward company goals
  • Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results on a Monthly basis
  • Evaluate opportunities for Growing relation with concerned parties on-going basis.
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
  • Handling the Security Personnel at sites.
  • Respond to incoming communications from internal & External.
  • Provide assistance in filtering and forwarding communications to proper individuals and departments
  • Create written and typed reports, including memos and business letters
  • Assist in handling of human resources activities, including payroll, Attendance and personnel databases, Contract labour Management.
  • Oversee & mmaintain and order necessary office equipment and supplies, Compliance registers.
  • On boarding new Recruits at Sites.
  • Liaison with Government bodies for NOC & clearances.

Requirement: -

  • Graduation with 8+years of experience in plant administration
  • Local Candidate with Plant Liaison will be preferred.

Candidate Desired profile

  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Strong relationships with both local bodies
  • Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Manpower planning & Contractual Labour Knowledge
  • Can handle multiple department like HR , IT , Admin , PR & Security.
  • Event planning experience
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
