The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative operations of the organization. This includes facility management, staff supervision, compliance with company policies, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of office and site operations. The position includes company-provided accommodation and fooding facilities . Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage administrative staff, housekeeping, and security personnel. Handle office maintenance, repairs, and facility management. Manage staff attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement of office supplies and services. Coordinate with departments for administrative and logistic support. Manage transportation, guest house, and accommodation arrangements. Ensure timely payment of utility bills and maintain records. Handle government liaison work, licenses, and statutory compliances as required. Support management in organizing meetings, events, and travel logistics. Ensure hygiene, safety, and discipline within the premises. Prepare and present periodic reports on administrative operations and budgets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in office or facility administration. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of vendor management, housekeeping, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting knowledge preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision. Willingness to stay at company-provided accommodation (mandatory).
