Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Estimate budgetary requirements both capex and opex for the function.

Create a safe and secure working environment in the office.

Ensuring all maintenance are done on time and AMC are renewed.

Ensure all relevant legal compliances are adhered to.

Procurement of various licenses CLRA, shop and establishment license,

Fire NOC, electric inspection, etc.

Regular audit to ensure adherence to hygiene norms.

Continuously evaluate existing vendors and their performance (including hotels, travel agents, telecom providers, couriers, etc.

Regularly meet government authorities viz police, electricity dept., and other government agencies.

End-to-end event planning for tradeshow, sales review, conferences, trainings and employee engagement activities.

Transportation and Guest house arrangements

SOP and policy formulation about administration.

Maintain proper record of legal agreement and contracts

CSR setup – responsible for end-to-end CSR activities, audit and final accounts of NGO.

Office horticulture

Cultivate partnership with functional leads to understand current issues and area of improvement.
