Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Overseeing day-to-day office administration (maintenance, supplies, vendor management).
  • Facility management (security, housekeeping, reception, etc.).
  • Managing support staff / administrative team.
  • Ensuring statutory / legal / compliance obligations (licenses, building lease documents, property documents, etc.).
  • Planning and managing admin budgets; cost control.
  • Developing, reviewing, implementing administrative policies & procedures.
  • Sometimes event management, travel & logistics, amenities.
  • Reporting to senior management, ensuring KPIs are met.

Skills Required

  • Strong organizational skills, leadership / people management.
  • Good communication (verbal + written).
  • Vendor negotiation / contracting skills.
  • Proficiency with office tools (MS Office, sometimes admin / facility management software).
  • Knowledge of legal / statutory compliance in the context of buildings / property / safety, etc.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, problem-solve.
