Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records (digital and physical) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and employee database in HRMS.
  • Coordinate internal HR communications, notices, and memos.
  • Support payroll processing with timely input of attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in performance review documentation and tracking.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and documentation.

Vendor Management

  • Maintain up-to-date vendor agreements and ensure timely contract renewals.
  • Ensure vendors meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks.
  • Process vendor invoices and coordinate with the finance team for timely payments.
  • Track vendor performance, feedback, and compliance with company policies.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and deliverables with vendors as needed.
