Role & responsibilities Lead complete lifecycle of oil & gas projects from feasibility, planning, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning to handover. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Oversee EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, and vendors ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and cost compliance. Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards at all project sites. Monitor project budget and cash flow; identify and mitigate cost overruns and risks. Liaise with clients, statutory bodies, and internal stakeholders for necessary approvals and coordination. Implement robust project controls, reporting systems, and dashboards for management updates. Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams; mentor and develop project managers, engineers, and site leads. Handle techno-commercial negotiations and contract finalizations.
