Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, etc.). Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI and lead generation. Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Oversee and improve website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console). Lead the development of landing pages, A/B testing, and conversion optimization strategies. Manage the companys online reputation and oversee social listening tools. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Content, Sales, Product) and external agencies or freelancers as needed. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred. 5–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
