Seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join a dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a B.Pharma / M.Pharma degree, or similar educational experience. Shall play a pivotal role in promoting nutraceutical products, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales operations.
Preference given to candidates who have worked with top pharma companies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Actively promote nutraceutical/pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders in the assigned territory.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure product awareness and brand visibility.
3. Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics to provide product information, samples, and educational materials to healthcare professionals.
4. Organize and conduct product presentations, seminars, and medical education programs to increase product knowledge and understanding among healthcare professionals.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
6. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration.
7. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights to the Sales Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies during all sales and marketing activities.
9. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and overall professional development.
