Administration Manager

25 Core Consultancy is currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced Admin Manager on behalf of our esteemed client

We are looking for a proactive male professional to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the facility. If you have strong leadership skills and the required experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily non-clinical operations within the hospital facility.

Supervising administrative staff and managing duty rosters.

Handling facility management, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships.

Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and safety regulations.

Managing inventory of office supplies and administrative assets.

Preparing operational reports for senior management.

Acting as a point of contact for internal departments to resolve administrative issues quickly.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

Qualification: Any Degree.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an administrative or managerial role.

Communication Skills: Excellent command of Spoken and Written English is mandatory.

Age Criteria: 30 to 35 years (Male candidates only).

Requirement: Must possess a valid Driving License.

Location : Poojapura, Trivandrum

Salary Package:

₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise).
