Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, and housekeeping.
  • Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and inventory management.
  • Organize travel, transport, and accommodation for employees/guests.
  • Support HR with onboarding, induction, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and prepare MIS reports.
  • Manage front desk, visitor handling, and general office upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate with 24 years of experience in office administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Experience in corporate administration will be an advantage.
