Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Administration Executive to manage day-to-day campus operations, vendor coordination, housekeeping supervision, and compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and prior experience in administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors for procurement and services, including negotiation when required.
Ensure security arrangements and safety standards are properly maintained across the campus.
Maintain accurate records, registers, Google Sheets, and documentation for all administrative activities.
Oversee housekeeping operations and maintain related records.
Prepare checklists for housekeeping staff and drivers, and ensure regular monitoring of their duties.
Liaise with local bodies, government departments, and external agencies as needed.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure smooth campus facilities management.
Must possess a valid 2-wheeler license; a 4-wheeler license is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Any degree from a recognized university.
Proven experience in administration or facility management roles.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.
Ability to multitask and manage operational activities efficiently.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
