Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations:

  • Oversee daily office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and asset management.
  • Handle correspondence, courier services, and record management.

Banking & Finance Support:

  • Manage banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque handling.
  • Liaise with banks for documentation, account reconciliation, and other related tasks.
  • Assist in petty cash handling and maintaining expense records.

Staff Management:

  • Supervise support staff including housekeeping, drivers, and office assistants.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR coordination.
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and smooth functioning of office support operations.

Front Office & Reception:

  • Handle incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain visitor records and coordinate meetings or appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as required.

Coordination & Compliance:

  • Support coordination between departments for administrative needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in organizing office events, travel arrangements, and logistics.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing or corporate environments.
