Administration Executive in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee office maintenance including cleanliness, electricity, AC, water, and furniture
• Coordinate with vendors such as cleaners and electricians for timely service delivery
• Liaise with building or society management for security and maintenance-related matters
• Assist founders with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and office-related requirements
• Provide basic IT support and manage tech equipment like laptops, internet, and phones
• Manage inventory of stationery and office supplies
• Allocate and track usage of office assets including laptops, chargers, and phones
• Coordinate document printing and preparation for meetings, and ensure printer/copier functionality
• Handle travel bookings such as flights, trains, and hotels and coordinate with travel agencies
• Manage courier and delivery services including Porter and WeFast
• Track office expenses and maintain petty cash records
• Assist with financial reporting and expense documentation
• Coordinate vendor invoice submissions and ensure timely payments
• Create and verify monthly reimbursement folders
• Provide employee support and assist in interview coordination
• Manage employee ID cards and office access logistics
