We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and compassionate individual to support our Founder directly while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
• Answer calls, handle inquiries, and share information about Cesta’s services.
• Schedule sessions, set up Zoom meetings, and send workshop updates.
• Organize Dropbox/Google Drive data and archive session materials.
• Assist with registrations, payments, and sending certificates/study materials.
• Update social media, send newsletters, and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Manage the office phone, take inquiries, and provide information about Cesta Healing Studio’s services.
• Manage WhatsApp group creation and communication.
• Set up Zoom meetings, including starting links with thumbnails and music.
• Archive all Cesta work, including Zoom transcripts, meditations, and downloadable resources.
• Collect feedback and video testimonials.
• Schedule and update posts on LinkedIn.
• Create LinkedIn connections, send outreach emails, and newsletters.
• Monitor industry trends to identify collaboration opportunities.
