Location: Wadala East Fluent English Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Key Responsibilities Handle Client orders across various platforms (phone, email, website, whatsapp, Amazon, etc.) Forward orders to respective team and handle delivery coordination Make Bills and update customer data in Excel and our ERP / Tally Regular & Timely follow up with customers for orders, feedback and payments Update call details and follow-ups in Excel reports. Prepare and send quotations & emails to customers. Ensure all customer queries and feedback are handled on time. Ensure a pleasant customer experience with On Time Delivery and clear constant communication About Company: We are a passion-driven startup team building a brand in the premium snacking segment.
