Location: Wadala East Fluent English Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Key Responsibilities Handle Client orders across various platforms (phone, email, website, whatsapp, Amazon, etc.) Forward orders to respective team and handle delivery coordination Make Bills and update customer data in Excel and our ERP / Tally Regular & Timely follow up with customers for orders, feedback and payments Update call details and follow-ups in Excel reports. Prepare and send quotations & emails to customers. Ensure all customer queries and feedback are handled on time. You’ll work directly with the founder and team in the office, creating engaging reels, stories, and posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Key Responsibilities Create reels, shoot stories, and design posts using Canva. Edit short videos for reels and stories. Work on storytelling and brand communication through our pages - IG, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Establish collaborations and influencer outreach.
