Job Description

Company Name : Arka Fincap

Designation - Senior Executive - Admin and Infra

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Setup & Infrastructure Management

• Branch Setup:

Scout for suitable premises, coordinate site visits, finalize location, and ensure lease/license

agreement registration as per company policy.

• Project Monitoring:

Conduct periodic project checks during the branch setup phase to ensure timely and standard-

compliant completion; handover branch to business team.

• Branch Maintenance:

Monitor and manage infrastructure-related repairs and maintenance to ensure smooth branch

functioning.

• Hygiene & Upkeep:

Oversee hygiene and cleanliness of all branches through proper vendor or housekeeping

coordination.

• Asset Reconciliation:

Coordinate with Central Admin and branch teams to track, verify, and reconcile branch-level

assets, ensuring proper documentation and tagging.

2. Office & Facility Management

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and functionality of office premises.

• Manage office supplies and inventory procurement, stock maintenance, and vendor

coordination.

• Supervise housekeeping and security staff.

• Ensure proper functioning of office equipment, IT infrastructure (in coordination with IT), and

utilities.

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain records of statutory compliance related to administration (e.g., fire safety, electricity

usage, FSSAI license if applicable).

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for NBFC offices (e.g., RBI display norms, signage,

customer grievance redressal posters).

4. General Administrative Tasks

• Handle courier services, utility bill payments, and internal communication.

• Maintain emergency contact lists and coordinate safety drills.

• Assist HR in employee onboarding/offboardingRole & responsibilities
