Designation: Executive

Experience: 5-6Years

  • General Administration Activities.
  • Travel bookings (Flight/Hotels/Cab/Visa)- Make My Trip.
  • Soul owner for MMT - Bookings, Queries, Billing.
  • Vendor Management- PAN India.
  • Budget Monitoring as allocated by the management.  
  • SAP HANA-Creating PR/POs - Rent, Maintenance, Electricity, Hotels, Travels invoices.
  • Asset Management - AMC's renewal, Yearly tally check of the PAN India Office/Showrooms.
  • MIS Tracker-PAN India Branch offices/Showrooms Maintenance Bills, Rent paid, Utility Bills, Mobile Bills.
  • On boarding of New Joinees - Sim card, ID Card & visiting card.
  • Complete the process of New Vendor registration.
  • Co-ordination with PAN India Coordinators for Events & Festive celebrations Office/Showroom
  • Lease & Rent Agreement, renewal & termination of lease agreements.
  • Petty cash management.
  • Office relocation/retrofittings activities.
