* Manage front-desk activities including handling phone calls, emails, and greeting visitors.
* Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
* Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
* Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date (both physical and digital).
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Assist in bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports (if applicable).
* Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service providers.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and office safety protocols.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Maintain Petty cash.
* Preparing Rental Agreements.
* Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary computation, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
* Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets in coordination with department heads.
* Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
* Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual payroll reports and statutory returns.
* Job Postings in Recruitment Sites and Scheduling with interviews.
