Key Responsibilities:
Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics. • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and information flow to senior executives. • Manage senior executives travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals. • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing systems and contacts database. • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and sensitive information. • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site. • Assist with basic banking activities, bill payments, and other operational tasks as required. • Support day-to-day operations and coordination across departments. • Ensure timely follow-ups and support in meetings, including preparation of agendas and capturing key action items.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong calendar and time management capabilities • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and productivity tools • High level of discretion, adaptability, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in high-pressure situations Additional Preferences: • Male candidates preferred due to the nature of travel and extended coordination hours • Should be energetic, proactive, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
