Job Description

Job Title: Executive Supply Chain Management (SCM)Location: Halol

Education : Any Graduate

Experience: 1 + YearsVacancies: 1

Qualifications & Experience:

Commerce graduate with strong computer literacy
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
1 to 2 years of relevant experience
ERP experience preferred
Prior experience in billing is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing:
Ensure accurate and timely billing
OSP Challan Management:
Handle documentation for Outward Supply Process (OSP)
RGP & NRGP Management:
Manage Returnable & Non-Returnable Gate Passes (RGP/NRGP)
E-Way Bill Generation:
Prepare and validate E-way bills for shipments
Export Invoice Preparation:
Create export invoices with necessary documentation
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records, verify documents, and generate necessary reports

Skills Required:

Strong attention to detail for document verification
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate with internal teams for seamless SCM operations
Familiarity with supply chain processes and billing procedures
