Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administration Assistant, based in Pune. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks, managing communication and correspondence, providing executive assistance, and ensuring efficient office operations. Other responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office workflow through effective organizational support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong abilities in Communication and Phone Etiquette
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing and managing schedules
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency with office software such as MS Office and related tools
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is an advantage
