Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic B.Com graduate to support our business operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a willingness to learn.

Operations / Admin

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and documentation
  • Handle scheduling, coordination, and communication with internal teams
  • Prepare reports, maintain data, and handle customer or vendor follow-ups
  • Assist in inventory, procurement, and logistics coordination
  • Manage and update databases, reports, and dashboards
  • Work on MS Excel, Google Sheets, or internal software
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Ensure accuracy of all data entries
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organizational and multitasking ability
  • Basic business understanding
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer handling and teamwork ability

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
