About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer with strong expertise in corporate law, insolvency & bankruptcy, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating agreements, advising on regulatory compliance, conducting due diligence, and representing clients in corporate and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advisory on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, settlement deeds, lease/rent agreements, and service contracts.

Handle matters under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) including applications, resolution plans, and restructuring proceedings.

Represent clients before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, Supreme Court, and arbitration tribunals.

Conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

Draft and vet agreements for compliance with the Companies Act and Competition Act.

Support corporate transactions including M&A, restructuring, and regulatory filings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.

2–4 years of experience in corporate law, IBC, and dispute resolution.

Strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills.

Prior experience in handling matters before NCLT/NCLAT preferred.
