Experian is hiring for Admin Assistant

Role & responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
  • Support office events
  • Oversee the Security and HK staff work schedules and activities
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and office logistics.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with vendors and building management.
  • Track and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related inventory.
  • Assist in planning and executing office moves, space planning, and workstation setups.
  • Maintain records of facility inspections, safety checks, and compliance documentation.
  • Support the Facilities Manager in managing service contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor and respond to facilities-related inquiries and service tickets.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations related to facilities operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the office environment.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding payments and assist with collections.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and update client account information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to verify billing data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Creation admin related PO and taking follow up for Release the PO.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, billing support, facilities or office management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2+ Years of Experience as a Admin Executive
  • Comfortable for a Third Party Payroll
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols.
