Are you organized, client-focused, and eager to grow your career in the accounting profession? We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm, managing client interactions, billing, HR support, and office culture for a thriving team of 30 professionals.

What You’ll Do:

- Warmly welcome clients, schedule and coordinate meetings to ensure smooth communication

- Manage billing processes including invoice preparation and timely fee collection

- Maintain a professional and tidy reception area, overseeing office hygiene and working with cleaning staff

- Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and staff engagement activities

- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing wellness events and promoting staff morale

- Access ongoing learning and hands-on training in GST, accounts, and TDS compliance, supporting personal and professional growth

- Build leadership capabilities by demonstrating professionalism, effectively communicating, and encouraging a motivated team culture
