Administration and finance manager

Thoughtful Natives is a creative and dynamic architecture design firm having studios in Kollam, Calicut and Dubai. We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Administrator / Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, Admin management and ensure sustainable growth.

Job Summary:
As the Administrator / Finance Manager at Thoughtful Natives, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of our Kollam studio. You will handle budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance while providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Financial Planning & Analysis:- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.-Accounting & Compliance:- Oversee bookkeeping, invoicing, and tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.).- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and audit requirements.

-Cash Flow & Fund Management:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments.- Optimize working capital and liquidity.

Financial Reporting:
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).- Present financial insights to leadership for decision-making.

-Process Improvement:
- Implement efficient financial systems and automation tools.- Strengthen internal controls and risk management.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, HR, and leadership on financial strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.Com/MBA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.- Experience: 2+ years in finance/accounting, preferably in creative/studio environments.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Soft Skills:
- Communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kollam beach, Kollam - 691001, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
