Job Description

Learning & Development:

  • Identify regional training needs and support the facilitation of workshops and interdisciplinary learning sessions aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote continuous learning and capability development.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Design and implement engagement strategies to boost morale, retention, and overall employee satisfaction.
  • Organize employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, supporting change management initiatives and fostering a values-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end HR operational activities including onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (Pocket HRMS).
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (offer, confirmation, experience, etc.).
  • Coordinate exit formalities and maintain proper documentation.
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
  • Coordinate with campus teams for timely submissions and updates.
  • Support HR audits, MIS reporting, and data accuracy across functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
