Admin Supervisor


Role Summary: Oversees central kitchen administrative operations (non-cooking). Focus on hygiene, equipment maintenance, process compliance, and quality checks. No direct cooking responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Monitor and enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols (FSSAI compliance, internal audits).

·       Conduct regular quality and maintenance checks of equipment and infrastructure.

·       Ensure adherence to kitchen SOPs and workflows (ingredient receipt, storage, temperature control, dispatch).

·       Coordinate with procurement/supply for maintenance schedules and spare parts.

·       Maintain documentation for hygiene audits, servicing logs, QC checks.

·       Support operations in process compliance across units.

·       Train staff on hygiene and process standards.

Required Skills / Experience:

·       3–7 years’ experience in central/large-scale kitchens.

·       Strong understanding of hygiene, kitchen processes, and equipment.

Good administrative, coordination, and audit readiness skills.
