Job Description

As an Admin Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing central kitchen administrative operations with a focus on hygiene, equipment maintenance, process compliance, and quality checks. You will not have direct cooking responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols including FSSAI compliance and internal audits. - Conduct regular quality and maintenance checks of equipment and infrastructure. - Ensure adherence to kitchen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows such as ingredient receipt, storage, temperature control, and dispatch. - Coordinate with procurement/supply for maintenance schedules and spare parts. - Maintain documentation for hygiene audits, servicing logs, and Quality Control (QC) checks. - Support operations in ensuring process compliance across units. - Train staff on hygiene and process standards. Required Skills / Experience: - 3-7 years of experience in central/large-scale kitchens. - Strong understanding of hygiene, kitchen processes, and equipment. - Good administrative, coordination, and audit readiness skills.,
