Admin Officer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations at project sites or office. This includes coordinating with site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors for material movement and logistics. Your tasks will involve maintaining site documents, attendance registers, and labour records. Additionally, you will handle local purchases, bill verifications, and petty cash accounting. Your duty will also include liaising with local authorities to ensure statutory compliance such as labour license, safety, etc. You will oversee site housekeeping, security, and facility upkeep while providing support in documentation for audits, HR, and project reporting.
