Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Admin Officer, your role will involve supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of HR operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees for HR-related inquiries and play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating information in the HRIS system. - Post hiring requirements on social media and demonstrate good handwriting skills. - Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. - Coordinate and organize employee training sessions, maintain training records, and aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Monitor and manage employee time off requests, prepare HR-related reports and presentations, and address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Qualifications Required: - Graduate with a mandatory two-wheeler. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and Admin. - Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and strong organizational and time management skills. - Experience with HRIS systems and data management. Additional Company Details: The salary and benefits offered for this position range from 15,000 to 19,000 with conveyance allowance and mobile incentive included. The work location is in Vasant Kunj, and the work hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Only male candidates are required for this role.,
