Are you a highly organized and proactive individual looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic and professional environment? Evolet Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant & Receptionist who will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and creating a welcoming experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Answer phone calls, take messages, and warmly welcome visitors.
Courier Coordination:

Maintain courier records, follow up with courier companies, and ensure timely deliveries.
Administrative Support:

Arrange travel and hotel bookings, manage schedules, and organize meetings, festival celebration arrangements, events & other miscellaneous tasks as per the business requirement.
Office Supplies:

Place orders for necessary supplies and negotiate with vendors.
Communication Management:

Handle mail/fax communications and maintain efficient filing systems (paper/electronic).
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and supervise clerical workers.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft-spoken, proactive, and approachable with a positive attitude.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
