Qualification: BBA/B.SC/B.Com.,/M.Sc/MBA/MSW. *Candidates who have hospital experience can apply* Experience: 5 to 8 years in similar role (preferably Male/Female candidate in a healthcare industry/Service Provider/Facility Management). JOB SPECIFICATION: ü Hands-on experience with database systems, MS Excel & MS Office word, ü Basic accounting skills, Experience and ability to maintain Documentations. ü Hands-on experience in Repairs & Maintenance ü Time management skills and Problem-solving attitude. ü Ability to supervise and train team members and monitoring them frequently. ü Knowledge of medical terminology from Clinic/hospital industry. ü Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations which implements in company. ü Good written and spoken English and commenting/presentation skills ü Ability to work with and engage staff at all levels within the organization. ü Flexible to travel around to different locations (PAN India SPARRC branches) on a admin requirements basis. ü Flexible approach to working hours and practices. ü Must be taking care of regional administration on certain location.
