Job Summary: We're looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. You’ll source, screen, and coordinate interviews to find the best talent for our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field 1+ year of recruiting experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus Note* Those who are ready to work in clinical Setup can only apply* Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred)
