Admin Manager

Looking for candidates from large setup only Horticultural exp reqd

Candidate should have experience in handling End to End admin facilities at the big scale corporate office.

Candidate should have handled min 250-300 work station

experience in Horticulture

Should have experience in Cost saving projects ie Power Consumption, prevention of wastage.

AMC and good vendor Management exp

To ensure smooth & effective functioning of various administration activities at HEAD OFFICE & LOCATIONS Manufacturing plants across India.

• Ensure smooth operations of all administrative & FM responsibilities like Supervising facilities management activities such as Canteen Management, Housekeeping, communication system, Guest Relations, Guest Houses, Repairs & Maintenance, Transportation, Residential Complex, Laundry & Linen, Security, Gardening & Landscaping,
• Facility management: Ensuring that the physical environment of the organization is safe, clean, and comfortable for employees and visitors. This may include managing the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems such as Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and security.
• Asset management: Managing the acquisition, inventory, and disposal of assets such as furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This may include developing asset management policies and procedures,
• Vendor management: Overseeing the selection, contracting, and performance of vendors and service providers that support the organization's operations.
• Budget management: Developing and managing budgets for the administration and infrastructure function.
• Compliance management: Ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to facilities, assets, and services.
• Ensure availability of adequate and trained contract associates as per the business requirements
• Facilitate plant in conducting customer, statutory and social audits.
• Achieve best practices in admin and ensure cost effectiveness
• Improve quality of service delivery through various frugal initiatives/ innovative ideas

Any Graduate with PGDBM/ MBA in Human Resources/ Personnel Management

12+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE INTO HANDLING LARGE SCALE PROPERTIES AND EXPOSURE TO ADOPTING BEST INDUSTRY PRACTICES FOR EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING
