JD of Manager Administration, Samavesh:

1. Office Supplies and Vendor Management: Manage Manpower Deployment = Housekeeping Boys, Pantry Boys/Girls & Security Guards.

2. Facility Upkeep and Maintenance: Supervise cleanliness in the office.

3. Manage Horticulture.

4. Facility Management: Manage Repair & Maintenance:

- AC Servicing

- Genset Servicing

- Transformer Servicing

- Main Panel Servicing

- Meter Room Servicing

- HT Line maintenance

- UPS & Batteries Servicing

5. Look after Genset & Diesel Procurement.

6. Purchases and Invoice Processing.

- Scan all vendor bills and upload in software and save in Gmail cloud.

- Inventory Management of Housekeeping & Stationary Items.

7. Food & Cafeteria Management.

- Inventory Management of snacks items.

8. Petty Cash Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,134.48 - ₹60,000.73 per month
