ADMIN Manager (Leasing AND Facility Management)

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Property Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process of institutional / industrial properties, drafting PPT, building relationships with prospective agents of the region, tenants, and ensuring smooth negotiation and leasing transactions. This role requires an understanding of commercial real estate trends, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client management.

Role & responsibilities

Promote available rental properties through online listings, open houses, signage, and agent community outreach

• Arrange meetings of decision makers with our directors/ decision makers.
• Meet all IPC and present details of upcoming buildings
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Schedule and conduct property tours with prospective tenants
• Present leasing terms and conditions clearly to applicants
• Identify potential commercial tenants and build relationships to lease available commercial properties.
• Conduct property tours, provide information on leasing terms, and answer prospective tenants' queries.
• Monitor market trends and stay updated on competitive properties and pricing.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for leasing.
• Manage records of all leasing transactions and maintain accurate leasing and financial reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office / PPT software/ Online listings/ arranging meetings.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
