Job Description

Job Title:* Admin Manager

*Salary:* ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

*Experience:* 10–15 Years

Job Overview:*

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage all administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administrative management, a strong ability to coordinate teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead and manage administrative staff to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.

* Organize office operations and procedures, such as filing, recordkeeping, office supplies, and managing correspondence.

* Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and other team members.

* Develop, implement, and review office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

* Oversee office maintenance and ensure a safe and conducive working environment.

* Handle office budget and manage expenses for office-related activities.

* Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.

* Supervise the recruitment, training, and development of administrative staff.

* Monitor and evaluate administrative performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

* Provide timely and effective communication across departments and executives.

Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

* 10–15 years of proven experience in an administrative role, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience in budgeting and financial oversight for office expenses.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of office management software (e.g., G Suite, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.

* Conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
