Job Title: School Admin Manager Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years as Admin Manager Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin Manager to oversee and coordinate the administrative functions of our school in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Admin Manager, with proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the school. Supervise and coordinate school transport services , including routing, driver management, and vehicle upkeep. Manage and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods and services. Ensure high standards of housekeeping and security , maintaining a clean, safe, and secure campus environment. Lead and manage a team of administrative and support staff with a focus on productivity, accountability, and team morale. Ensure timely maintenance and upkeep of school facilities and infrastructure. Maintain school records, inventories, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Foster a culture of collaboration between administrative and academic departments. Assist with event management and logistical support for school activities and programs. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership qualities with a track record of team management and staff supervision. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant administrative tools. Qualifications and Experience: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory). Minimum 3 years of experience as an Admin Manager , preferably in a school environment. Hands-on experience managing a team and coordinating across departments.
