Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all administrative functions including office operations, facilities, and vendor management.
• Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency.
• Supervise and guide the administrative staff team to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth internal operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics as required.
• Prepare regular reports on administrative activities for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in administration, office management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office management software/tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
