Transportation Management: Maintain vehicle records, oversee insurance, and ensure proper utilization and maintenance. Asset Management: Keep asset inventory updated and ensure effective utilization and upkeep. Team Coordination: Lead the administrative team, provide training, and ensure smooth operations. Budget Management: Prepare and monitor the administrative budget, optimizing costs where possible.
