Deal Structuring & Execution Structure appropriate debt solutions (term loans, working capital, structured debt, NCDs, ECBs, project finance, etc.) tailored to client needs. Manage end-to-end execution of mandates including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation. Stakeholder Management Liaise with banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, and other lending institutions for syndication. Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and lenders. Monitor deal progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely closure. Financial & Strategic Achieve business targets for debt syndication volumes and fee income. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of debt markets, corporate banking, and capital raising instruments. Proven experience in originating and executing large-ticket debt transactions.
