The selected candidate should be able to join within 15 days.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management: Prepare and manage monthly and weekly financial reports. Oversee budget preparation, offering financial advice on fiscal procedures. Manage and reconcile receivables and payables to ensure timely payments and collections. Handle and manage petty cash and employee advances. Perform salary reconciliation, invoices reconciliation, and petty cash reconciliation. Monitor cash flow and assist in creating a fund strategy process for monthly financial management. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Ensure the accurate maintenance of accounting records. Handle TDS filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Oversee employee insurances and ensure they are up to date. Manage offer letters, and assist with employee leave management and loan status tracking. Vendor & Client Management: Oversee vendor management, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of vendor accounts on a monthly basis. Assist in quotations preparation, finalization, and client agreement validation and renewals. Conduct client audits as per requirements (including clients like Harsco, Clean Harbor, and NSL). Handle E-invoice preparation and ensure compliance with the latest e-invoicing regulations (effective 01/08/2023). Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely filing of PF and ESI returns, labour welfare fund filings, and CLRA License applications. Oversee the renewal of Telangana Shops and Establishment license. Ensure adherence to statutory filings and send statutory documents to clients with challan data. Prepare and update finance summaries for statutory filings. Other Responsibilities: Maintain employee leave history and ensure all records are up to date.Monitor loan status for employees and ensure loan/OD processes are handled correctly. Oversee Director Remuneration processing and assist in the bank upload process. Ensure compliance with all internal financial controls and support external audits. Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and ensure financial goals are met. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager or Associate Manager in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Services with 5-8 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should possess a 33kV Electrical License from the Telangana Electrical Licensing Board and have the ability to join our team within 15 days to one month. The role involves overseeing the operation, maintenance, and service management of all M&E equipment and systems, managing facilities, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and optimization of resource management.Key Responsibilities:Electrical License: Hold a valid 33kV Electrical License issued by the Telangana Electrical Licensing Board. Facilities Management: Preparation of FM global hot work permits, Red tag, Lock-out, Tag-out, Lotto, and various safety permit procedures. Preparation and management of Annual Shutdown, Breakdown, and Preplanned Maintenance schedules. Develop and manage Audit reports for Internal and External audits. Oversee Low-Cost Initiatives, Justification Reports, and Consumption Comparison Reports. Perform asset tagging, reconciliation, and updating of equipment. Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained according to standards. Work closely with the Landlord team to monitor Chiller, DG, HSD, and Firefighting Systems. Vendor & Material Management: Coordinate vendor negotiations and manage vendor bank. Oversee procurement of M&E spares, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Ensure proper inventory management of tools, tackles, and M&E consumables. Handle invoice submissions in a timely manner and manage approvals for material procurement. Team & Employee Management: Train and develop the team on various topics related to M&E maintenance and safety protocols. Screening, interviewing, and sourcing profiles for team members and submitting candidates for further interview levels. Provide daily updates to the Tech Manager on issues, client requirements, and plans for issue resolution. Support employee grievances and manage the leave schedules. Handle backup manpower planning and replacement. Manage consumables, including issuing ID cards, uniforms, and inventory management of tools. Safety, Compliance & Training: Conduct safety and emergency mock drills to ensure compliance with Fire & Emergency Procedures. Adhere to ISO standards, ensuring all team members are trained and follow SOPs. Manage and support internal and external audits (HSE, BCMS) with full compliance. Promote Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) awareness and adherence to compliance policies.
