Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and organized Back Office cum Admin Executive to support our administrative and operational activities. The role involves handling data entry, documentation, office coordination, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations. Key Responsibilities:Back Office Duties:Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in databases and spreadsheets. Prepare reports, update MIS, and assist in documentation. Handle internal communication and coordination between departments. Maintain records of purchases, sales, and inventory (if applicable). Process invoices, bills, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Administrative Duties:Manage daily office activities and ensure smooth operations. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and scheduling. Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and office events. Keep records of staff attendance and coordinate with HR for leaves or updates. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in back office/admin work preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
