Handle internal communication and coordination between departments. Maintain records of purchases, sales, and inventory (if applicable). Process invoices, bills, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Administrative Duties:Manage daily office activities and ensure smooth operations. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and scheduling. Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and office events. Keep records of staff attendance and coordinate with HR for leaves or updates. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in back office/admin work preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
