Job Description (JD) – Admin & HR Executive

Position Title: Admin & HR Executive
Reports To: Director
Location: Rajendra Place Metro Nearby
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and supporting HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and payroll. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and people management skills to ensure smooth internal operations and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Administration

  • Oversee office facilities, supplies, vendor management, and IT coordination.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end hiring: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives (trainings, events, feedback).
  • Address employee queries and grievances in line with HR policies.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain employee database.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Support audits and maintain confidentiality of employee records.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

1. Recruitment Process SOP

  • Create JD → Post on portals → Screen resumes → Schedule interviews → Conduct assessments → HR round → Issue offer letter → Onboard with documentation.

2. Onboarding SOP

  • Welcome kit → Office tour → Policy handbook briefing → System setup → Training schedule → Assign buddy/mentor.

3. Attendance & Leave SOP

  • Employees mark attendance daily.
  • Leaves applied via HR portal/email → Manager approval → Update records monthly → Payroll integration.

4. Payroll SOP

  • Collect attendance data → Verify with managers → Forward to accounts → Salary slips generated → Employee communication.

5. Compliance SOP

  • Maintain PF, ESI, and statutory filings.
  • Keep contracts, appointment letters, and HR policies updated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
