Admin Job Responsibilities

• Vitraag App Management
• Attendance on the App.
• Check and add Tests schedules on the app.
• Tally Tests done at the end every month for all the subjects.
• Maintain and enhance classroom aesthetics.
• Classroom Management
• Check and keep filled pen markers in every classroom.
• White board maintenance (Quotes, dates, Birthdays, notice)
• Get the printouts ready on Monday & Friday of the test papers.
• Supervise the classroom during the tests.
• Answering the phone, taking messages and communicating to the respective teachers.
• Organising and maintaining files and other stationery items.
• Social Media Management
• Design and post informative, festive and topper appreciation flyers regularly on various social media handles.
• Write captions with appropriate and trending hashtags.
• Design birthday posters for the students and teachers and schedule reminders on calendars every month.
• Design marketing banners, flyers, posters according to requirements.
• Make and update an excel spreadsheets for the exam time table and syllabus of students.
• Design Google forms as per the requirements.
• Collecting data for designing the social media posts and making creative reels with relative content.
• Replying to comments and messages on all our social media handles.
• Posting stories and reviewing the growth of social media handles.
• Coordination
• Establish proper coordination among students, teachers, parents and management.
• Remind and collect test papers from the respective teachers beforehand.
• Collect school exam time table and syllabus of all the batches.
• Verify portion completion of all the subjects before the commencement of exams.
• Update the subject teachers about portion completion.
• Post Birthday wishes.
• HR Management
• Post jobs profiles on different websites
• Review candidates for jobs and make screening calls to shortlisted aspirants.
• Scheduling interviews with the management and maintain the spreadsheet.

*Any other task pertaining to the above as when the situation demands.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai - 400092, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
