The role involves end-to-end handling of administrative operations, vendor management, travel bookings, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Handle vendor management – sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and payments.
Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings and related arrangements.
Oversee inventory management, procurement, and stock control.
Maintain records, documentation, and compliance related to admin activities.
Support other administrative requirements as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration or related field preferred).
Additional certifications in Administration/Office Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

Proven experience (2–5 years) in administration

Skills

Strong organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and general office systems.
Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
