Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Admin Executive to join our team on-site in Jamnagar. The Admin Executive will manage daily office operations, assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintain records and documentation, and handle communication with internal and external stakeholders. They will ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes, monitor office supplies, and provide critical support to various departments for efficient business operations.

Responsibility:

Experience with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing Reception area.

Experience with Data entry work.

Should know how to Manage phone, email, internal communications, preparing reports, maintaining office equipment and office supplies.

Sound Knowledge of MS Office.

Good communication skill.

Having an IT background is a plus.
