Job Description

Position: Admin/ Documentation Executive

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and maintain official documents, reports, and records.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
  • Maintain data and reports using MS Excel (entries, tracking, basic formulas)
  • Draft letters, emails, and notices using MS Word
  • Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and approvals.
  • Assist in maintaining office records and registers
  • Support management with administrative tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Good documentation and formatting skills
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and record keeping
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
